Freeform Combative Arts
We all have to start somewhere. This short, 12-week course will teach you our fundamental techniques to establish a foundation in FCA.
You’ll learn:
The basics are what allow us to move on to more advanced concepts and techniques.
This is our several-months-long standardized curriculum class. The structure is very similar to “Belt Color” classes you will find with other martial arts.
Each Level will build upon the previous, learning more options and techniques and how to apply them to more complicated self-defense situations.
Each class will be centered around a topic, either prepared by the instructor or suggested by the students (e.g., What should I do if someone [insert situation here]). The topic may cover one class or be expanded over several.
Please note that we require you to complete our Foundational or Level 1 course before being eligible for this class.
If there is a topic or area you want to focus on we can help you there.
Maybe you work in security and you want to brush up on your control techniques; or perhaps you want to learn all about knife threat defense. The focus is up to you.
Just like our normal Group Class, but now based around your schedule.
